From this awareness, it’s easier to move into your day with a lighter heart… feeling held and supported in your day.

When we feel connected to a higher source it deepens the way we engage with our child.

It’s been my personal experience that encouraging meditation as a form of wellbeing and self awareness for young children is absolutely possible. The children i taught were as young as six years old. In fact the younger they are the better… as they are more open to trying new things.

Through a peace corner and meditation, let’s show them how to slow down, reflect, pause, take a breath… how to understand their feelings …. how to return to this inner space when they are overwhelmed.

We are also gently inviting the child to connect to a much bigger part of themselves… the peace, grace and higher intelligence that is available to all. They never need to feel that they walk alone. Feeling held and supported makes a difference.
